Heat Pack Care:

This product is microwaveable. Do Not overheat - 1-2 minutes on high only.
Do not place in the oven.
Do not iron.
Can be placed in the fridge or freezer.
Do not wash. Spot clean only.
Can be used for multiple use over many years, however scent will deteriorate over time. Can be refreshed with a few drops of essential oil.
